退款政策

If you wish to exchange or return your products, please inform us via email at info@littlecheekshk.com or Instagram direct message (@littlecheekshk) within 7 days after the date of products arrival.

For defective or wrong products, we offer 100% money back or exchanges. For other reasons, customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for discounted products and specific products including pacifiers and swimwear due to hygiene concern. 

Please keep the return items in their original condition. Products should be unworn and unused with all tags and labels attached. If your return item arrives without original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our company, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
