Shipping Method
For all in-stock products, they will be dispatched within 5 business days after the order has been placed. It will normally take 1-2 days for the orders to be delivered.
We offer to-door delivery services, and delivery to SF Express self-operated network points.

HK to HK Delivery
Free delivery fee for orders with HKD500 (after discounted) or above.
For orders with HKD500 or below, HKD30 shipping fee will be charged.
HK to Macau Delivery
Free delivery fee for orders with HKD500 (after discounted) or above.
For orders with HKD500 or below, HKD45 shipping fee will be charged.
HK to Taiwan Delivery ***Please note that Chinese full name and ID number are required for Taiwan delivery***
Free delivery fee for orders with HKD800 (after discounted) or above.
For orders with HKD800 or below, HKD60 shipping fee will be charged.

Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange or return your products, please inform us via email at info@littlecheekshk.com or Instagram direct message (@littlecheekshk) within 7 days after the date of products arrival.
For defective or wrong products, we offer 100% money back or exchanges. For other reasons, customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for discounted products and specific products including pacifiers and swimwear due to hygiene concern.
Please keep the return items in their original condition. Products should be unworn and unused with all tags and labels attached. If your return item arrives without original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our company, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

如訂單未達港幣500元，運費一率為港幣30元。
澳門派送

台灣派送 ***請注意客戶需要提供中文全名及台灣身份證號碼以收貨***

換貨及退貨
如果您希望換貨或退貨，請於貨到後7天內透過電郵（info@littlecheekshk.com）或Instagram (@littlecheekshk) 私訊與我們聯絡。若退換貨原因為貨品出錯或瑕疵，我們將承擔有關運費並提供退換貨服務；否則，客人須自行負擔其運費。
基於衛生考量，指定產品例如泳衣及奶嘴恕不接受退換貨，另請留意打折商品並不接受退換貨。
所有退換貨商品均需要完整，不得受損或弄髒，亦不可被清洗過。敬請顧客在寄出貨品前確保所有標籤及吊牌保持完整。如有任何爭議，本公司將保留最終決定權。
